TCB Warranty We guarantee the workmanship of all vehicle repairs on parts and labor for 12 months or 12,000 miles. We use only quality parts to minimize problems with defects so that your vehicle can perform properly.arts supplied by the customer and installed by Tri-Cities Battery Inc carry no warranty, and Tri-Cities Battery Inc. will not warranty any repairs performed by others. If an item is under an extended warranty such as a transmission, it refers to the manufactures warranty. Should service be necessary under warranty, we must be contacted first. f a warranty problem occurs out of a 50 mile radius of our stores, any warranty work must have prior authorization or it will not be covered by Tri-Cities Battery Inc. Tri-Cities Battery belongs to the Coast to Coast Nationwide Warranty and Pronto Automotive Warranty Program for nationwide coverage. If the vehicle cannot be returned to us for repairs, please contact us for an approved warranty location to take your vehicle to. Warranty repair costs can not exceed the cost of the original repair. Our warranty does not include liability for car rental, towing or any other expense due to the loss of use of vehicle.
Coast to Coast - Nationwide Automotive Service Warranty
As a consumer, feel confident that the service work performed at any of our over 1,100 dealers nationwide comes with our "Coast to Coast" Nationwide Limited Service Warranty. If you are traveling and there is not an American Car Care Center near you, you will be referred to an affiliate location through our nationwide warranty center.
This warranty covers most services for a minimum of 6 months or 6,000 miles - whichever is to your advantage. The following services have extended warranty coverage:
Steering and Suspension Parts 12 Months or 12,000 miles Brake Service 12 Months or 12,000 miles Brake Package 36 Months or 36,000 miles MacPherson Struts & Shocks 2 Months or 12,000 miles Alignments 6 Months or 6,000 miles Wheel Balance 6 Months or 6,000 miles

Nationwide Tire Protection Coverage
The Freedom Plan is the most comprehensive tire protection package in the industry. It offers you the confidence nationwide that wherever you drive you are only a phone call away should a problem arise.
Customer Benefits include: No-charge replacement for the first 12 months or 12,000 miles. Roadside Assistance for the first 12 months or 12,000 miles. Limited tread wear and Road Hazard Warranty. Flat Repairs, Rotations and Safety inspections at no-charge. (some exclusions may apply.)

Our Policy on Old Parts
If you would like your old parts returned to you, please tell our Service Representative when you drop off your vehicle and we will be happy to return them to you. Please be aware some parts have core charges and must be returned to the manufacturer; in that case you may have the old part if you pay the core charge. Ask us and we will let you know which ones have a core charge applied.
